Buy low, sell high.

That’s how all businesses operate.

When doing a rehab you also need to follow this model.

But at the same time you need to make sure you produce a quality product, and you want your money to go as far as it can without affecting the quality of your product.

After-all you want to be sure to take pride in your work, so never cut corners or use crappy materials, otherwise you’ll end up with a crappy house (and possibly get sued).

So you want to get quality materials so you can produce a quality product but at a low price so you can make the most money possible…

What Andrew is saying is that you can do what most people do and go to Home Depot, Lowe’s or any other major chain store…and pay top price for your materials


You can do what the pro’s do and get it directly from the vendors themselves. 

You’ll need to find vendors who are direct to buyer/direct to wholesale and you can find these businesses wherever you live if you go to the industrial parks in your city.

They are usually businesses who don’t advertise.

Think about it.

If you go to Home Depot to buy hardwood for your floors, Home Depot needs to buy the materials from the vendor then they need to pay for the overhead of their store: employee wages, utilities, insurance, shipping etc… so they sell it at a higher price (buy low sell high) to make sure they can stay in business.


If you go direct to vendor in the industrial parks you can cut out the middleman and buy at the same prices the big stores do!


It’s not uncommon to save 50% from what the big stores charge you.

Makes perfect sense.

So be sure the next time or even the first time you are flipping a house you go check out the industrial parks and purchase from a direct to wholesale vendor to save up to 50% off.
